Humarine operates under Scuba Blu Holdings, LLC (referred to as “Humarine).
Payment Terms & Methods
Humarine requires a minimum of 50% payment in advance for an activity, with any remainder of an activity cost remitted before the activity begins.
If a deposit is made, it is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to an activity’s start time with no questions asked.
If full payment is made, you must submit a cancellation request as outlined below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may request a cancellation and full refund up to 48 hours prior to an activity’s start time. Humarine reserves the right to reject a cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed and a return procedure started within 14 days of your cancellation request.
